Joshua D. Brysk
Mr. Brysk has decades of experience as an attorney in litigation and transactional matters spanning business, real estate, commercial, tax, bankruptcy, probate, estate planning, civil litigation and administrative law. He represents clients in all the firm’s practice areas. He also accepts engagements as a neutral for mediations and arbitrations. He is admitted in state, federal, bankruptcy, and tax courts throughout the State of California. He has been published in law journals, taught courses in the law for other attorneys and represented prevailing clients on appeals. Judges have praised Mr. Brysk as "articulate" and noted that he keeps his perspective to achieve the best results for his client in difficult cases. Mr. Brysk has lived and worked in Australia, Israel, and the U.S. and traveled widely.
